Nature of the service

Aman AI is an advisory verification tool for text, links, images, screenshots, and documents. Results are not a guarantee or final determination. Use official sources or qualified professionals for important decisions.

Content you choose to check

Analysis starts only after you select content and confirm submission. Content may include text, links, images, screenshots, or multi-page documents.

Selected content is transmitted through an encrypted connection to Aman AI services. Content may be processed by a trusted service provider to provide AI analysis, subject to applicable privacy and security safeguards.

Operational and installation data

Aman AI does not require an account. The app uses an app-scoped installation identity to support service security, usage limits, quota continuity, and subscription recovery when needed.

We may process limited operational data such as platform, app version, random request identifiers, response times, sanitized success or failure states, and usage counters.

Subscriptions and stores

Apple or Google processes subscription payments. Aman AI does not receive your payment-card details.

We may process sanitized transaction or product identifiers, subscription state, plan, billing period, and expiry information needed for verification, restore, and entitlement management.

Service providers

The service may rely on AI processing, hosting and databases, error monitoring, and the Apple and Google stores. These providers process data only as needed for their role and under their own terms and policies.

Processing may occur outside your country depending on infrastructure and provider locations.

Retention and logs

Original text, images, and documents are not intentionally retained by default after a check is completed.

Sanitized operational logs, usage counters, installation records, and subscription records may be retained as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, support recovery, and meet legal obligations.

What you should not send

• Passwords or one-time verification codes.
• Payment-card or financial-account details.
• Highly sensitive health or identity information unless necessary and appropriately redacted.
• Content you do not have the right to submit or analyze.

Security

We use encrypted transmission, access controls, and data-minimization practices. No technical method guarantees absolute protection, so avoid submitting highly sensitive information.

Privacy and deletion requests

You may request information or deletion of data that can reasonably be associated with your installation or subscription through the data-deletion page or privacy@amanai.co.

Limited data may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance. We will explain this when applicable.
