Privacy and Data Deletion Requests

Current service model

Aman AI does not require a user account. Sanitized installation, operational, usage, and subscription records may exist to provide service continuity.

Original checked content is not intentionally retained by default.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@amanai.co and include your device type, platform, and the approximate date of use or the issue.

We may request limited information to locate a record. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.

What you may request

• Information about data reasonably associated with an installation.
• Deletion of identifiable operational or usage records.
• Clarification of stored subscription or entitlement information.
• Correction of inaccurate information you provided to support.

Subscription cancellation is separate

A data-deletion request or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through the official subscription page of the store used for purchase.

Verification and limited retention

We may request proportionate verification to avoid deleting another person’s data.

Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

Processing time

We will handle requests within a reasonable period based on their nature, our ability to identify the data, and applicable requirements. We will explain the outcome or any additional information needed.
